Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 days after your order has been placed.

Allow for up to 4 weeks for delivery within Europe and up to 8 weeks for Rest-of-World, following the dispatch of your order.

Refund policy

All customers have the right to cancel their order with the following stipulations:

Contact us at feralindiestudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, within its original packaging (if applicable), and have a receipt or proof-of-purchase. If your return is accepted we will refund your purchase and provide you with a return shipping address within 14 days. You are responsible for keeping the item in good condition during this process.

Damaged/Defective Goods

If your order is damaged in transit, contact us at feralindiestudio@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will do our best to remedy the situation.
